typically the sack tends to be weighted towards the second or third tunnels (getting it first tunnel is impossible, its not coded to do that), it can show up fourth or fifth but doesnt seem to do so as often

though sometimes when you really dont need it last tunnel bc time limit or low hp the game decides to choose chaos and make you crawl through every tunnel for it
