Some of the problems with Hade's replayability system:
- There isn't an adequate scoring system outside of just getting clears and Heat.
- Unlocking all of the content doesn't take that much challenge, and once you've cleared the content the gameplay loop isn't fun enough to warrant further replays.
- The game's combat, while well fleshed out, is overly simplistic and the gameplay loop is too slow.

Unlike a game in the same genre, Nuclear Throne, which I feel is successful in it's replayability system because
- The game has more options for the player to interact with new and different environments across several playthroughs
- It has more enemy and weapon variety.
- It's overall more challenging of a game
- The game doesn't immediately end once you beat it, rather you immediately "loop" into a new world that has harder enemies, more boss fights, etc. and the game loops endlessly so you can compete for a higher score.
- The gameplay is a lot faster paced and you feel you accomplish more in 30 minutes than you would a single playthrough of hades, and dying in general only feels more punishing the further you get, like in hades except you can actually get even further.
Hade's biggest problem is it's post-game is barebones
