If you have good ideas for how to change the wording on anything that's unclear, there's still a test branch, so you could post it in #test-branch-discussion. We've made plenty of suggestions for tool tips before, and they implemented a few of them. Sometimes it turned out the tooltip seemed wrong because there was a bug etc. Always good to let them know those things.
Although in the case of Pierced Butterfly and Lambent Plume, they work as intended.
