I know I was hella sad too, in other games after killing bosses you get powerful items, a boss pool of some sort, in here you get some meta currency that becomes useless after a while

hell mode isnt any different from the regular game, other than that god mode is disabled, and you lose the the shield zag gets from burst damage, as a result of the personal liability condition

starting the game with the pact will change how you play a bit but if you're like.. already at a point you're regularly playing with conditions anyway then not much changes beyond those two specific things

i always assume darkness is not that randomised but at certain hp but i dont pay attention to it

hades can sometimes go insta darkness after he is invincible/switching phases

which is the most annoying

that is the single reason i never use summon when hes switching phases

only when hes lasering or summoning pots

I messed up in the beginning by taking too many God's boons, but it turned out alright when I got vengeful mood

it was a ton of fun because I was using stigius
