if you inflict doom, you should just count it as bonus damage and know it attacks the foe every time you hit it after its done

dont pay it too much attention, just know it's there

imo doom shield is the best to constantly inflict doom, basically dealing 100-200 dmg per second on multiple foes

and get explosive return if you want to get better dmg on bosses
