For the multiple heads, my best recommendation is to rush over to either the top left or top right, DPS down the head that spawns there, and then use the breathing room to fight the other heads.

The thing with the alternate aspects is that they give you a big boost if you do one particular thing but you don't have to do that thing.
Against some enemies, trying to get the aspect benefit is a fool's errand and you're better off accepting the lower DPS in exchange for more safety

I had to be careful about Theseus spear throw while avoiding the huge attack of Asterius before which I was used to with no problems at all but now with ||Theseus shoting all over the place it reduces a lot the safe areas.||
