The Sneak is pretty easy, dodge towards him when he shoots you so you dont get hit but still manage to hit him. He should be gone in 15 - 25 seconds.

For me the annoying minibosses are:
Giant Vermin (way too much HP), Tiny Vermin (keeps moving around and being invulnerable), Satyr dude (just because screw poison) and Sneak (because I can't track him quite consistently yet).

Yeah Asterius is good and he's an all-made character from supergiant the actual bull of Minos doesn't have a character it's just a beast
The only issues I had with it are that sometimes it disconnects although maybe that's a problem of my controller or USB and another one I had my mouse next to me and sometimes I would move it accidently and for some seconds Zagreus started aiming to the cursors location so if you do, keep your mouse in a distance

It's completely up to you. Ambrosia isn't relevant until much later. Since Titan's blood is a more immediate upgrade, it is definitely worth considering.

The tunnels that lead to the boss/enemy chambers are not considered encounters. This is why things like pierced butterfly and Lambemt Plume will not trigger in there. This is also why they won't trigger if you find the fountain.
