It's called the Mirror of Night. In true maxed heat fashion, you won't have access to it. But since you are doing "Fresh File 46," look for Stubborn Defiance. And yeah, fulfilling Mirror on 46 heat always will be a bloody battle.

some people say god mode is easy mode but i would disagree because while having extra dmg resistance can make things a little easier, if you use it while cranking up heat you're still going to have tough runs as you climb higher. its really more an extra buff than it is "easy mode"

I haven't checked that video yet but my personal strategy with heat has been to start with ramping up forced overtime and extreme measures since those are the biggest changes to how the game actually feels to play, so it seemed best to get used to them and make them the norm asap

No, it gives you the Heat from level 1 if you haven't completed that Heat at all.
So if you ||beat the final boss once|| and then immediately jump to 20 Heat, you get the rewards from 1, then 2, then 3, and so on and so forth.

If you equip SD, you need to die in that room, so your SD slot is open. Then Athena boon will replenish that slot. Next room, you will have a DD (from Athena) and an SD.

Personally, I'd recommend learning the game first and then trying your fresh file challenge as a speedrun if you still think its feasible. Speedruns are more fun to watch cause the pacing is quick. I doubt anyone wants to watch a farming stream that will likely take months.
