It's definitely worth playing. I guess the gameplay feels somewhat similar, and all the weapons are very unique like the weapons in Hades are, you'll notice some parallels there, probably. I played it like 7-or-so years ago, though, so it's been awhile.
Bastion is so good that I was gonna buy their next game no matter what because I already had so much faith in them after just that one game.
You'd also see some similarities in how you can customize the game's difficulty.
