I think if that's the case it's best to either 1: use a bow/gun and absolutely nail learning the bosses moveset or 2: use a shield and you can block to learn the moves

@crimson canopy the nice thing about the keepsake 0>1 bit is that it doesn't use it unless you enter the room with the boon. So if you get a choice for a good diffrent room (Hanmer/good duo god, whatever) you can skip the keepsake god because the keepsake will keep making them show up until you claim it.

You can fight each of the three furies. A few different attack patterns for the Hydra. Theseus gets different gods aiding him. Even ||Hades|| has different attack sets

I keep that on in general, a lot better for boons and hammers. plus your need for keys and the minimal amount gemstone rooms give totally drops off later in the game
darkness is always pretty good, and you need a decent amount of nectar, but the other rooms will help your runs more often

I have been using the single dash with boost to attack and dodge, so it's really punishing when I dodge into the Tis aoe
I find Meg main the hardest and Tis main the easiest
I think I may actually go back to Greater Reflexes. ||Meg and Hades ||have been giving me grief

Ruthless Reflex is a nice bonus but it honestly can't compete with a second dash. That second dash is so incredibly important, and you can't fully depend on Hermes giving you one.

There's one situation where I ever use Ruthless Reflex regularly, and that is one very specific weapon aspect that mitigates that downside.
