You can individually check each weapon's number of clears, fastest clear, number of enemies slain, and highest Heat in the weapon courtyard, and if you buy the scrying pool from the Contractor you can check total Escape Attempts.

Sure Footing is better than Athena's Aid.

If you've got absolutely mindscrew bonkers damage, Athena's Aid a B-tier boon.

@random sandal some advice i can give you, shield is best weapon, it pairs well with attack boons. like Athene's defect one or Zeus's Lightning attack. and dash back and forth to attack, standing still is generaly a bad idea.

Depends on what you have, really. Usually tho, your attack will be your main source of damage, so it likely will backfire

I needed Splitting Bolt to deal enough damage to beat Elysium in time.

So i just had a weird bug

That basically ruined the entire audio

Some voice lines do not trigger, Alecto can only be heard from the left speaker, plenty of sound effects and background music straight up does not play, the max charge sound effect for shield loops permanently even after dead, stopping only when hitting enemies, and returning shortly after you stop damaging them

Update: Hades is barely whispering from the left speaker when talking to him

I have run into this problem before too. The final boss didn't have some voice lines, though Zag sounded fine. At first I thought the lines may have just not been recorded but after returning to the house the issue persisted with Achilles and Hades, which is when I realised they sounded far away, and also in my left speaker.

Most Duos require two core boons (Attack, Special, Cast, Dash, or Call) from two different Gods.

#

A very basic example is Hunting Blades, which requires Ares's Cast boon, Slicing Shot, and any other core boon from Artemis.

Yeah, I did that. Started on a normal file and unlocked everything and then restarted on Hell mode. The no invincible frames after hit is brutal sometimes, but otherwise it isn't much different (that pact doesn't exist on normal and is mandatory on hell mode)

@brisk trail rewards are based on heat. You only get titans blood/diamonds/ambrosia for the first time you beat each boss with each weapon on each heat level. So whatever weapon you beat the game with, if you play again without raising heat, you won't get any of those rewards, just darkness in its place.

Pretty sure runs are random they just try to give you more of the same God so that you're not spread too thin and if you're trying to go for legendaries.

For earlier heats, I'd recommend buffing up as much as you can. Dodge chance, damage reduction, hp and a invincible call

@mighty spear her scariest phase is near the end when she starts to bullet hell. block if you're using shield, deflect them if you have a deflect boon, otherwise get away and just dance until she's done doing that phase and then go back in to finish her off

ok so I just noticed (as I had felt but couldn't prove) that my in game sensitivity is MUCH lower than out of game. Meaning tabbed out I have my normal sensitivity and then when i tab in, instantly my sens is down by like half. Anyone have advice on how to fix this or should this be a bug report/feature request?

Scratch what I said. After testing again and looking closer it seems less like my sensitivity went down and more like the game isn't registering mouse movements for fractions of a second. It is not my mouse as when i tab out movement is smooth as can be.

its really powerful, some same its the best weapon, i'd say that's still chaos shield but GY is really good

its probably the strongest spear aspect atm. I still like the playstyle of Achilles spear more personally

when you open the pact of punishment, you can pick which pact challenges you want to use on your run on the right side of the interface. each when you enable is worth a certain amount of heat (the number to the right of the description). for instance, the first rank of Hard Labor is worth 1 Heat. You need to enable enough Heat modifiers on your run to unlock skellys statues. i believe the first one is at Heat 8

To unlock companions, you need to gift Meg/ Than/ Skelly/ Sisyphus/ Dusa Nectars every time you see them. After like 5-6 Nectars you will get a special dialogue with them, and some of them will give you a quest or special requirement. after you have completed the quest/ special dialogue they will start accepting Ambrosia and will not longer accept Nectar. The first Ambrosia will give you the companion

there is no way to get to Sisyphus other than running into him in Tartarus during a run

Meg and Than have no special requirements outside of dialogue. Skelly requires you to kill him with a fully upgraded Zag Aspect sword. Sisyphus requires you to speak to Meg/ Hades about his sentence and then buy out his contract from the House Contractor for 10 diamonds. Dusa requires you to improve the Lounge area at the House Contractor to a certain point

you can get diamonds from completing some of the Prophesies at the Fated List of Minor Prophecies which you unlock at the House Contractor. it costs 20 Gems to unlock it and you may have to play a bit before it becomes an option. You also get Diamonds from every Hydra kill you do on a new Heat level. You can increase you Heat level using the Pact of Punishment which unlocks after you have defeated Hades once

that depends on how many Companions you want to max out. it takes like 15 Ambrosia per companion to get it to level 5

The cool thing about the Zeus shield is that you don't have to wait for your throws to return before blocking/attacking. The one good build I played with it I was just spamming attack+special on same press in enemies faces.

I love this game!! I almost got all of the upgrades for sword and finished spear. I went for a full ares and artemis build and ended up melting the hydra and one of the fury's in under a few seconds

and one of the weapon upgrades i used was that when i held my Attack+ spam special on spear i melted anything in my range.
