On a side note, I just had a run where I was regularly dealing 800+ damage with bow powers shots
So the bows pretty good if you just stack every damage up in the game on it

I really sucked with it until I realized that the power shot timing changes when you dash with it.
aphrodite's attack boon giving 150%+ damage + aphrodite's boon that gives bonus damage on charmed targets + all the mirror upgrades to give bonus damage after a dash+ artemis' dash boon that makes you crit after every dash + bow upgrade that gives you 250% damage on a power shot
Oh and the keepsake that gives you extra damage vs long distant targets
Basically just dash, power shot and repeat until everything is dead. Killed the heads before triggering their third phase, and probably could of skipped their second if I was faster on the draw

Yesterday somebody here told me that you can full your hp by picking any other keepsake and collar and it worked. Also, when you find hp items from shops, you can just close the shop and reopen it to get anotjer hp value at another gold cost. Are these just some bugs, or maybe intentional?

Yeah, first one seems like a bug since you can only do it if you don't close the screen, and if you close the screen it locks the collar (I don't know if it also locks other keepsakes)
Second one became like a feature I really like, it makes regaining hp very cost efficient 😄
I thought shop ❤ items were based on your % of health left since the amount seems to be higher when I'm low and with a big hp pool. Guess I should pay more attention

Same, I guess it must be very rare. I was also using Afrodite's item since the beginning etc, so that probably affected the chance of getting it

yep, dark thirst has a random chance to spawn on any weapon - i've never seen it show up on the weapon i just used in the last run, just one one of the other wones, but idk if that's a hard limitation

I started doing attempts to get a win with the sword as it's the only weapon i've yet to win with.
I went zeus' keepsake and went on my merry way. In the third room i had a choice between going to a zeus room or a daedalus room. I chose the daedalus room. then after the daedalus room i get an opportunity to get into a room with a poseidon boon even though i hadnt gotten any zeus boons yet.
does anyone know if this is a bug or a consequence of me picking the daedalus room over the zeus room?

yeah, as far as i can tell the olympian keepsakes are just "the first god boon you are offered will be this god" - it doesn't guarantee the first item you get is a god boon, and it's 'used up' when you're offered a god boon regardless of whether you pick it or not, based on what i've seen people say

also imo some of the specials are either really good (shield bounce, spear throw with certain boons like +500% to armor), kind of ok (the bow if you get the right boons but you gotta luck out)
but the sword is really terrible

the shield would be my favorite if it wasn't for how it flies off to oblivion in asphodel

Oops, yeah, please file a feedback for that! The cursed sword upgrade halves the max health gain from hearts + the collar, but it seems to be persisting past death.
it was changed because you could go Cursed Thrust > Centaur Heart and be back up to 50 which made it less "cursed" and more "mildly haunted"
