Fastest overall is probably flood flare Beowulf, with scaling from hyper delivery, cast well items, and mirage shot(arty on attack or special)

I would check out other, strong one-boon builds too like Crush Shot Hera or Aphrodite Attack Zagbow and Hestia

They're a bit easier to roll than Beowulf but still quite quick, and they're pretty flexible with the other 3 Olympians
