You can't equip a keepsake twice during a run. You'll lose its bonus if you take it off, which is frankly fine because a 1 to roughly 30% additive bonus isn't worth very much at all

I'd guess within the story they both had the same name since they were "destined" by the fates to be connected, hence Hades always had the name of the underworld. Although that being said you could just as easily refer to the underworld as "the underworld" since there weren't any mortals around when he was born (if I remember correctly).
Within actual etymology "Hades" seems to have a similar meaning to "unseen" hence Hades' the god was the unseen god and "Hades" the realm was the unseen realm (although this is contested). Many ancient greeks would also be fearful of saying Hades' name so many referred to him by other names also.

I’m pretty sure that the “all Demeter boon” prophecy is unlocked by you gifting nectar and receiving her keepsake so it should be fairly straightforward to use her keepsake to force seeing her, then it’s just a matter of making sure you fulfill prerequisites

but I've only been able to do it by having 4 gods in tartarus and keepsaking in asphodel

most aspects want either attack or special, and the ones that want special damage benefit less since it only wants 1 thing from chaos compared to 2
the ones that want casts also have 2, technically 3 if you want to count the attack, although that matters at varying degrees with the aspect
the only weapon that doesn't really care about chaos is like fists lmao
dem fists for a chunkier special sure but you never really roll on chaos for fists bc it's not the main focus of your damage
unless you're doing super high heat and doing the explosive upper strat lmao

Seed only gets generated upon death, win, or save file creation. Pressing "Give Up" at any point during the run will not randomize the starting seed of the run.
