there's a player who has cleared 64 heat with every special boon on zeus shield, without explosive return, and without static discharge in different runs
most players would need aphrodite or zeus
like i could probably clear zeus 50 heat with one boon 90% of the time, but me 4 months ago definitely could not
so it really depends and there's no hard limit on what can be done, only soft limits/recommendations based on skill
