granted its tarturus and it's heat 1, but the concept worked, the shield doesn't accellerate past a certain speed and you can just keep dashing away

you need about 20% movespeed to kite it without dashing, though it gains on you slightly if you turn sharply

anyways the process of rng manipulation is pretty ez pz

Your seed has an rng value, everytime set actions occur that rng value gets shifted over

The easiest ones for you to change are having cast stones hit the ground, summoning, and reloading, and breaking pots

Each shifts rng over the same amount

and in certain areas, following your actions you can quit out of the game and reenter the room

preform some actions to shove rng over

and take the same reward for a (likely) different result

There are only select few places you can do this since things like picking up boons, hearts, poms, etc locks you out of quitting out

But

You can do that for Sisyphus and Bouldy to change your heart of stone boon, Eurydice for her rarity and levels given, The Anvil in styx for your hammers, and, most relevant to us now, fish.

The sane way to do this is to preform the action: determine whether or not you want to keep your result, and then either quit out of the game, load back in, and shift rng one more time than you did last time

aside from that, lightning reflexes is a pretty strong boon that’ll get static discharge proks in between zeus aids

zap dash is usually not a bad option but since it's sword you'd be dealing with the dash strike bug

when using sword with thunder dash, your consecutive dash strikes always keep the same attacking direction as the first dash strike, regardless of the direction you input afterwards
