Only flares have the beo bug so only trippy or Hera. The extra 30% damage doesn't hurt, but parting shot can be a bigger deal. It's also easier to make hyper delivery to work with it imo.

Having range is just nice.

I won't lie my Hera runs definitely don't have that much diversity, but typically they don't when going for heat or speed, and there is still some variation in the goodness of tertiary benefits to optimize.

Like, most beo runs at a certain point look pretty similar too
