Both bow and shield can easily be carried by hammers before you have their aspects bonuses (aside from missing out on the zeus beyblade)

it basically resets the poison for like a second if you get hit by it first

Honestly the best that you have to understand is the usual things that affect legendary chance don’t apply, and there is a a chaos boon prerequisite. Chaos is few and far between as is, so your odds at are low. The best you can do is buy chaos gates from wells whenever possible, and if you’re super desperate, use your rerolls on chaos boons or on wells to find chaos portals

Use the aspect you’re best with and make sure you have cthonic regen on, you want to prioritise both speed but also maintaining your hp so you can take the portals you see
