when you reroll a well, it randomly picks one item remaining to not show again. however, because wells treat healing items separately from everything else, we can use this to get better well odds by buying healing items and not buying other items. therefore, if you buy twist and life essence (thus leaving the eris bangle), the eris bangle is selected to not be shown again when you reroll. this gives better odds of getting twist/stone/braid/ichor by removing one item we don't want to see from the pool.

If not using ap2 I'd take ambrosia delight if I have a good build already with little boons that can be pommed up, or maybe that get little to no value from poms
