Couple that with nem, potential for dedge just doubling that, and chaos strike boons

So it’s probably safest to leave it be, or maybe tune up the % of obols that become damage, but not making it base damage

The one weird thing I remember ist that you can place up to 3 specials. As soon as you place number 4 the first special you had placed will detonate. This will also detonate all other specials adjacent (overlapping radius) to that first one.

This is why zeus strike and tidal dash are common picks for luci because they help you explode the bombs sooner

slower heavier attack = get good %

fast lower damage attack = get flat damage

flat damage is zeus, dio, or ares

dont do ares he stinks

it's not really relevant to people learning build fundamentals

because that takes like 20 million boons to get going

it's better to just say ares sucks because then you wont have people with a doom attack on rail

for the other two gods

zeus and dionysus

if you take a dionysus core you need to pom it

while if you take a zeus core you need to take more zeus

dio scales extremely well with poms

while zeus has the widest array of actually useful supporting boons of any god

Elysium.... That "paradise" is hard

If you find those humanoid monsters, you need to kill them 2 times. While they're in "soul" condition, quickly destroy them before they regenerate and then became a humanoid again.
For the flame wheels, if you use an heart-seeking bow, just shoot them before they come at you and explode, they're pretty fast though. If you use a combat weapons like gauntlet, shield or blade, you need to strike them and then run a little bit and them strike them back.
Some paths can lead you to a mini-bossfight, Asterius which you will fight again when you appeared in the boss stage where you need to 2 vs 1, you will fight Asterius and Theseus.
Tip: you need to focus on fighting Asterius before Theseus because if you beat him until a half of hp, he will call the god's aid which makes the battle harder and frustrating, While Asterius is a little bit easier.
Also if you ever find a special room that has a fallen warrior in it, talk to him, he can give you some powerful items like "Kiss of Styx Premium" which will replenish ALL of your used death defiances.

deep pockets means you can more consistently buy from tartarus midshop

you could lock in a god into your pool if you happen to see the one you need or you can get hermes

and you're generally gonna buy stuff before the boss fight, so golden touch loses value

pstatus is just less consistent and you dont get the boost immediately unless you get very lucky early on

some builds can opt for pstatus, generally hangover builds or passion beo, but like 98% of the time it's better to just take family favs

Basically you will get contractor upgrades that solve it. First off whenever you beat a boss with a weapon, you will get darkness the next time. With a contractor upgrade, you also get gems. Up to a fair bit (I believe 250 darkness 100 gems on the final boss).

Every little bit helps but what matters more are Poseidon's boon and Chaos boons.

I've gotten around 900 Darkness from Hades before. Someone else has gotten over 1000.
