say you had a boon giving you +100% on your attack, sweet surrender just effectively makes that +120%

Do NOT underestimate Quick Spin + Winged Serpent on Guan-yu, I just came out of EM3 heroes not only without using a DD, but came out with more health than I came in with. Long range guan-yu slashes at a fast rate = vampiric god

Also, with a % boon, I find those long-range spin slashes do quite a bunch of damage, comparable to if not better than spamming GY special (if you're using quick spin to get them maxed or close each time anyway)

And Winged Serpent range makes it so you can do so so much more with it. Kill splitters and butterfly orbs from a vastly safe range, attack Asterius and restore HP while he's EM3 beyblading (because quick spin is so dang fast and the range is so dang long, it's not hard to time it so it hits him while he's beyblading)

Quick spin alone would make you still a bit more vulnerable in situations like Asterius and Splitters

If somebody finds like Rocket Bomb first run with it, they'll probably like it. Otherwise they'll probably go back to something that to them looks strong and/or safe again.

So they don't even get to the point really of thinking about what boons would synergize.

Normal rail bullets are like 10 damage

So it's straight up like a 150% increase with chain lightning

Chain lightning has reduced damage but it's good room clearing

If you got epic Aphrodite atk at the start compared to epic Zeus atk, Zeus atk is gonna be a bigger number

After that point I don't really know how much it scales, but either way rail wants static discharge for even more damage anyways

Heroic boons appear by using Eurydice "foods", which can potentitally evolves a boon from epic to heroic, Or by substituting an epic boon with a boon from another god.

Or in the case of weapons, they are considered heroic when they are level 4
