What I learned for EM3: Avoid the spin attack, and listen for the telegraph, since bull has an audio telegraph where he grunts a certain way as well as a fairly forgiving visual one too. The worst thing is with melee weapons that his jump attack also makes a shockwave, making 2 "no-go" attacks.
EM3 solely is making me question whether nemesis is truly better than poseidon for sword

I also learned that Phase 1 Theseus's bombs take a million years to go off, so I actually stand in the red circles following him because I know those won't go off anytime soon since he just laid them - basically has a safe zone right behind him as he's driving around

On a winstreak of 15, but had to take heavy knuckle (a BAD hammer) for the fist prophecy, and am always playing what gives me extra darkness as a rule. I was lucky that it avoided fists all but once so far during the winstreak
In principle I like how prophecies work, but in practice, it's times like these where they actually make the game harder

That was my first intuition, but I can almost no-hit Hades by staying at range with him, and that's not something I can normally do with fists
If anything, it's a little crutch-y to take it (refusing to use melee weapons as melee weapons, fists is not the only one I do this with), but I think it could be the difference between winning and losing the 15 winstreak here

It really is, honestly. As a fun fact, in my 23 victories of playtime, I have only died in Styx (non-Hades) once, Elysium (non-Heroes) maybe three times. It's always, always, always bosses that get me, and Hades is typically the worst of the bunch. However, I do think EM3 Heroes is worse than Non-EM4 Hades...
Would most people agree there? EM3 Heroes is harder than Non-EM4 Hades?
EM1 and EM2 felt like they did basically nothing to make the fight harder, like oh I have to dodge 2 more things on Meg, oh I have to not stand in lava on Lernie, but EM3... 😰
Not to mention that EM3 makes Champion Asterieus rooms harder, AND I'm pretty sure that stacks with Middle Management, doesn't it?
Makes me want to avoid champion rooms in Elysium like the plague when I have EM3 on

Yeah but there's no point doing higher heat because I'm going for bounty rewards, so my strategy right now is that I'm always going with the weapon that gives the most darkness (+20% boost) and always going for a heat level that gives me the bounty at a minimum
This way I'm forced to use weapons and builds that vary, and the heat technically is a new weapon PB on each run
So I've technically had 17 first-time weapon heat value PBs in a row - I'm not just running again and again to arbitrarily get a winstreak

My current Win streak of 19 currently comprises the majority of my 26 Hades kills. Want to know how many runs I had? Around 70 by now. There was a MASSIVE chunk of time where I just kept dying to Hades because I thought SD was better than DD, and didn't have 3 DDs. Looking through my record is funny, because you can see the point the win streak starts - as soon as I switched to DD (and had 3)

Also another reason I never went tooth is because it only revives you with 50 health, and my strategy in a lot of those early fail runs was to get as many centaur hearts as possible, so an actual defiance restoring 50 percent was way more powerful to me than 50 health
It would restore like 3x as much, so the tooth wasn't a "true DD" to me
