@twin atlas @twilit notch boons are offered from random gods until you've picked up boons from 4+ gods. So no, if you have boons from fewer than 4 gods, those gods don't show up more often.... except that Trials of the Gods can only have gods that are already in your pool (which is also why Trials can't appear until you have 2+ gods). So they appear a little more frequently than the others because of the chance for Trials.
