tidal dash is one of the best dashes in the game, better to take that
for cast weapons like poseidon sword, beowulf, hera, and achilles, none of them use or want tempest strike
hera wants the dash because it's a bow, and it inherently struggles in styx because of that
achilles speed runs start on tdash because it's just great damage and later picks up artemis strike (with ares' cast for hunting blades + mirage)
beowulf starts flood shot always unless you're doing passion or trippy
poseidon sword, idk it's just bad lmao but probably better off not using tempest strike
