Anyway, Shizuma only fights using one deity in particular, the one bound to his weapon: Futsunomitama. The Regalia of Takemikazuchi, god of lightning and swords. AKA: He has an electric sword that lets him use electricity a L O T. And also combined with iaido because yes.
The blade itself is made of lightning, hence why he's able to draw his sword with the speed he does despite it's enormous size- the blade can act in a somewhat fluid manner.

Alin is a Resolver Unit. Essentially, she's capable of altering reality drastically though numerous means. Hers is essentially altering the shape of things in a geometric way. She basically can just make whatever she wants or alter anything she wants through the usage of hardlight projections.

She wields the Peacecutter Sword: Murakumo. It's a massive flying sword which is capable of shattering itself into more somewhat smaller flying swords. It can also fire a massive laser from the end of it.
She's also a robot. Her story arc basically explores and somewhat blurs the line between human and robot.
There are three other Resolver Units, though they show up later on in the series. Virtu, Vice, and Aeria.
Aeria is capable of altering the fabric of reality- literally. They can make strings that screw with reality. She also wields a massive sharpened hoe (as a pun on sewing), and fights with a rather flowy style not dissimilar to tai-chi.
Vice can essentially 'hack' reality, using a program to mess with it in numerous. He wields a set of ten floating scythes which can all bend and turn in numerous ways and can also all connect together into a large wheel.
And then Virtu is capable of incinerating reality and then molding it as he pleases, much like a glassworker. He wields a set of eight floating projectors which can make numerous structures out of light. He can also turns into fire.

But, like I said, those three don't show up 'til later.
The next one is Watatsumi. She's not only the queen of dragons, she's also got an adorable elf girlfriend named Atalanta. She herself has a power called Sea Fire, which allows her to generate and manipuate water.

worth noting: america has a very selfish mindset in general, centered on the individual. i see it as another of countless reasons why its hard to get anything done (especially on the topic of healthcare lol) because americans only want to look out for themselves and their immediate family, and see it as a personal offense to even suggest otherwise. of course it goes without saying that not everyone is like that and there are many selfless people, but its certainly a mindset that is cultivated more here than other countries. very often people will act in a way thats "i got mine, screw you" or "i had to go through this arduous task to do X thing and so should everyone else" and so on
my family on my father's side are all like that, i dont enjoy going to family gatherings :)
