Can someone recommend a video to stop being addicted to Youtube and the phone in general?

Dropping it all at once is probably not going to happen
I know there are apps that help you put a time limit on certain apps so you can only use them a certain amount of time a day, and there’s probably something on pc that does the same

start doing things like removing apps from the homescreen, so you check on them less
then you can delete them altogether when you feel like you can do that

Also find other hobbies like drawing or writing on paper, reading books etc etc that will occupy the time you otherwise spend on your phone or pc

I feel like watching a yt video on how to stop watching yt videos is kind of counterintuitive but this is my best advice

It’s also ok if you go online, like one time a day or whatever, just make yourself do it in moderation
