If just for 32, easiest time I've had on the Surface for 32-34 is Romantic Spark Supay

It deals damage so fast and you're always sprinting so you don't have to worry about taking that much damage

You should be destroying them from a distance if you can

So for Supay that would be Omegas I guess

Eris did do the most damage to me in my Supay 34 because I had already primed too much magick to use Omegas to destroy the Hellfire lol

Like here I had psychic, nova strike, chaos buffed attack, epic flash fry + fang - im not sure how many seconds wantler is shaving off act 4 rooms when everything is dying immediately anyway

im not a top speedrunner by any means and when I started to Speedrun I lost a lot while using antler but i realized getting used to it was gonna be worth it eventually
