Its not as impactful as youd expect

Since on mel staff going from 80 -> 160 is huge, but for circe going from 40 -> 80 isnt as valuable as say shimmering hitch spread or melting swipe letting you smoke minibosses

Generally my picks on circe hammers tend to lean to melting > shimmering > wicked thrasher > twin moonshot > everything else

Even if some require some more effort & finesse, I genuinely believe most strategies/builds are viable up to 65 fear

Hecate is probably the most annoying one cause of timer but scylla i can almost do damageless, I can do cerb damageless, and i've done the rivals chronos fight enough to the point i can handle it

Surface rivals are much less annoying
