posidon omega cast upgrade was needed to keep yourself always channeling.
i chose apolo for main cast since the damage is frontloaded and it adds daze which opens up the daze heph duo but there might be better ones not sure.

I tried doing a couple cast only runs (i try to avoid ANY other damage source, as little toula triggers or any sprint damage) and i used Apollos cast then

since that boon has been made a support boon you could stack aphro cast plus that with demeter cyclone to slow as well, that would ensure they get hit by it

Also, charon, persephone or momus aspects do make cast builds stronger

i specifically avoided momus and charon because they extend the time of 1 cast and i was going for instantly detonate and re-use

Not so much a brag as absolutely shook how much damage Air Quality and some other buffs made un leveld, rare Prominence Flare do. It was the last boon I picked up while just messing around with one of my lesser used weapons. It did roughly 1/4 of Chrono's hp every time it hit. Moonstone Axe Melinoe aspect maxed out with a Zeus boon build boosted by Aphrodite's elemental affinity boon which gave me +3% dodge per spiral boon which worked really well as almost all Zeus boons have spiral affinity + Hephaestus Boon on Special for a way to hit Chronos during his final stage a.o.e

Finally got the Poseidon Legendary and the damage was GOOD. White antler is as stressful as ever. Note that this is a bare minimum room run - could probably be racked up to 300k with a few extra chambers in Tartarus.

i haven't actually gotten to 32 heat in hades 1 (spent a lot more time building up to it, still only at about 16 heat) but i do think 32 fear is easier if only for the fact that it's so much more limited in terms of options this time that you'll probably have to learn similar strategies every time anyway

like no matter what setup you're going for for 32 fear you're probably going to have to get accustomed to a 7/5 minute timer and 50% recovery anyway

My main goal was to get crazy gold number and wacky O-attack. And I achieved that I'd say

I was able to throw O-Attack with one hammer and then continue attacking with another. While inflicting +5 Epic scorch with every hit. Aspect of Thanatos was a moot point I think

I myself just finally managed 32 fear. Pretty intense and a lot of fun. Had to consider every move. The Axe throw with 80% more damage and the daedelus that lets you freely move while omega attack were pretty much the only way for me to win this. Hepheastus on special also was very good with ~700 damage on every other omega special

You know, I must say, I have been off and on with successfully beating the underworld, even with no fear, and I never saw myself using the axe's special. Then I tried the Aspect of Charon and used Hephaestus boons and geez that's some damage.

Most recent run I beat it so easily and fast, none of my other runs compare. I'm going to try it with fear, as well, see if it works.

My plan for the run was to just try using the Hephaestus cast, but I got it pretty late at Common rarity.

Well tecnically I had a epic gain before that, so this one got to be heroic

Also I didn't get a hammer till the fields and every option was omega attack related

So I did kind of a hybrid after that

Since I got the hammer where I can still attack while omega attacking

This is the Mel Skulls build. ~3400 for crits (which happen all the time). 2000 damage via Hitch alone a lot of the time. Zero mana, no Omegas, no Specials, just drop a cast, hammer attack and watch everything die (having ~9400 gold helps).

Golden rule +940%, Spiteful Strength another +200%, origination up with Gale Force, +30% for Martial Art. 30% crit rate from Antler (with a 3% Pressure Points I didn't have room to show) and +55% Hitch damage from Bane. Toula gets 2nd place in Damage Done stats (big Hitch damage possible), and even Artemis gets in there.

It'll probably suck at high heat (I've got it to 20F in a lesser form, and think it could carry to 32F, but unlikely more).

For hammers, try for 2 of Bolstered, Increasing attack, Pulsing Skulls. Auto-Omega uses Mana and the build doesn't need any regen otherwise, so avoid unless only option.

And obvs pray for a good Affluence or two from Chaos and Golden Touch from Hermes (you have to take Double Up / Oceans Bounty for Golden Touch anyway).

From my experience, Fetching is the best second pick (after Bolstered). Gives you a lot of safety and sustained damage in both Chronos and Cerberus fights, as well as those annoying Tart rooms

And you don’t really need all that damage - Mel Skulls can time a 5 min timer up to 50 Fear with just a +100% pommed attack and bolstered hammer (+huntress)

Not my best run, but definitely one of the more interesting ones. Really made for a weird ebb and flow how the basic attack was my best way to recover magick and my omega would run it out in a blink but do absurd damage in the process.

it's basically a free +10 damage per attack so I'm probably using it a lot considering it only cost like 2 grasp

Its just that it doesnt effect O-attacks so I feel at a certain point it stops doing anything
ig you have Hestia gain on so ur still regular attacking at some points

o attacks aren't really the focus of the build considering I'm going with flat damage attack, and really getting through erebus is the biggest challenge for me (think I was like 10-20 seconds overtime even tho I had amazing skips)

but any suggestions are more than welcome
