Hmmmm… idk if I agree with either. Because of Chronos, you always want some additional form of movement speed, and as such, you can then semi-reliably dodge Cerberus’s worst attack with the two fireball breaths. And Hecate’s main problem imo is the Timer, to which Prom has the same problem and more.

I made the mistake of taking it cause I also had Zues' "Air Quality" (meaning I couldn't do less than 50) and I thought "What a great way to negate the bad part of this boon!!" But then quickly realized that I was doing WAY MORE than 50 damage before... lmao.

I feels like it could be changed to "Attacks have x%(based on rarity) chance to do 5 damage OR +555% damage" and then let you do your normal damage when it doesn't trigger and it would accomplish the goal of risk reward without just wrecking a build 😅.

Treat it like a D&D roll. Where you can Nat 1 or Nat 20 once in a while, lol.

also, dealing “olympian damage”—i.e. stuff like scorch, blitz, heph blasts, any boon that does its own damage rather than boosting your weapon’s base damage—charges up a little circle next to your HP/magick bars. The more charged that circle is, the longer your omega special lasts.

statuses don't charge it per se, damage that comes purely from the boon does.
so like, things that charge it include:

any rush that deals damage (since sprinting on its own doesn't deal any), most casts, heartthrobs, falling blades from ares, gusts from demeter, blitz and chain lightning from zeus, scorch from hestia, blasts from hephaestus, revenge boons that deal damage, support fire from artemis, splashes from poseidon
and, things that don't charge it include:
attack and special boons that just increase your weapon's damage by a %, boost to your weapon's "power" which similarly increase your weapon's base damage rather than adding a new instance of damage, boons that don't deal damage at all (like blinding rush and glamour gain)

"olympian damage" is kinda a category in the game, since some other things interact with it too. notably one of Hera's boons (extended family) and ares' infusion (rallying cry) boost olympian damage.
in general if a boon shows a flat damage number — not "+4 power" or "70% attack damage" or w/e — then it counts

im a controller player but it does feel like kbm allow for a higher skill ceiling considering you actually have full control of your aim. Autoaim on controller can get a bit unruly

yea hera makes it super quick with the shared damage but in the runs where she doesn't show up i struggle a little bit with it
nothing too harsh but it just feels way slower

Wasd movement isn't as nice as joystick, but aiming is more precise. Personally i like the movement more than i like mouse aiming
