Personally i would suggest so yes.

The game is like 99% complete gameplay wise, we are expecting balance changes + maybe a few keepsakes + maybe a secret boss fight based off achievements at 1.0. If all you care about is gameplay you may as well start now

but if you care about the story, you should wait until 1.0 for the final touches so you can experience everything "as intended"

For example you very likely will get your first win in the next 2 days before 1.0 and then feel underwhelmed by the game instantly killing you post boss fight instead of getting the lore payoff and progressing the game state.

i used to think chronos is harder but now i think it's typhon because phase 4 is extremely inconsistent

em hades was kinda luck dependant with his patterns, chronos and typhon are less reliant on rng but more reliant on skill

so it's harder but more consistent

I beat UR typhon first time, Chronos took me 4 tries

so in terms of learning new patterns and stuff, there's a lot more with chronos

IMO as a whole chronos is "harder" but like flower vendor says phase 1.4 of typhon is actually cancer and near impossible to nohit. But you don't need to nohit it when you can near flawless the rest of the fight

meanwhile chronos has more consistent hard parts and while you can dodge he taxes you more

also unrivaled cerb is much easier than unrivaled prom for most builds in terms of conserving resources
