Echo isn't allowed to spawn during chaos trials and the alternative for that room is charon midshop, which echo is forced after she is allowed to spawn. Its only the like first 1-2 times you enter MF that charon midshop can spawn, past that its echo.

I'd say to start now. You get an extra month or so of extra fun and experience and it is SO WORTH YOUR MONEY you have no idea.
You get to collect some items and resources early and progress. The only thing is that the drops of big bosses will be transformed into currency at 1.0 drop so you will have to grind that one thing from scratch, but it is understandable.

Depends on the player. If you are aiming for just a 50 fear clear (a high fear standard), Rivals 4 is typically not advised. But if you aim for 62 (the typical highest goal since 65 and 67 are not fun for most), taking Rivals 4 at lower fears is really recommended.

Also, for anyone wishing to go the extra mile (62), there are some switch ups I just noticed.

• Hestia and Apollo Attack are tied 50/50
• It’s just as likely to take No Special as it is to take Zeus Special

• And at 62, Gale is most common (50%)

Again, there is an UW slant, and in UW, your build develops overtime, and luck in Erebus can mean you end the run with potentially 12 or less boons.
