unless its sb3c (and even then the purple helldiver is equivalent basically)
2nd of all hedgehog isnt needed in campaign unless its 14-3/14-4
oxytorps are also not very useful for vanguard unless youre way overleveled and dont have any concerns about dying
or if you manual but thats that 
the main issue though is that oxytorps eat up alot of aux plates which could be used elsewhere

aside of it, u have the PR ships that i recomend u to care only after u reach at 12-1
