Read through this to setup gear better. Theres a few issues here and there that could be sorted out. Id focus on properly gearing one fleet at a time.

First timing setups, you can use the calculator, ill link it, and you just keep swapping planes till they are all close, for example implac Shinano Hakuhou you want all 3 within .3-.4 apart with implac firing 2nd for her slow

Every one has a BP of some kind it drops from the last stage but from first hand experience you'll get the 60th run done before getting a single full BP to craft one. Just keep grinding W12 for xp and open tech boxes
