Oath means slightly faster strikes despite pvp attacker advantage

Plus the overall stats gain

#

And does make a pretty huge difference in meta fights

I wouldn’t have much hope in improving your meta record by maxxing gear you don’t rly use much

also there's still some torps rng involved even if you use fortmeta so it's always better to look at your screen
