#pvp visitor here. Get Anchorage ASAP, then this will be your PvP fleet.

Vanguard - Warspite Retrofit - Perseus
Anchorage - Jintsuu - Ibuki

that being said, i do recommend you read the pins at #pvp. very useful content.

Bb fleet: Fdg Howe Vanguard Kron Helena Emden
CV fleet: Shinano Ark Enty Azuma Suzu + ARA (I'm blind rn someone check if he has one)
Mob can be unikai + whatever you're leveling

Last fleet can be w.e BB/CV focused, can even keep your Nagato + Akaga for waifu, the first 2 should be enough for most bosses

simply put, this is a Sniper fleet. At best, it can beat the VV - NJ - Aquila and variants, as long as you position Warkai to snipe NJ just before the PvP battle starts.

If you want another list of ships who are good to level here they are:

Volga (Amazing healer + dps)
Tashkent (Strong gun DD)
Kiev (Also strong gun DD)
Z46 (Another one of the above ^^)
Anchorage (At dev25 she's an amazing tank and should replace Portland)
Agir (At dev15 she's super strong w/ utility and can replace any tank)
