The wife has two little sisters that live in the house and essentially mirror two of the siblings from the manga I mentioned previously. The father doesn’t show up until after a few chapters. The father has a dream that the Mother-in-law (his wife) and Wife (his daughter) became pregnant at the same time in one of later chapters.
