Raise Musashi and Soyuz. Very good BBs and they are both in the meta. NJ as well but I'd rather let you get her from the perma UR counter after you do rolls. Those three make up one of the best backlines in recent meta history.
As for your frontliners... They're mostly locked behind the PR system. Anchorage, Felix and Harbin are good options. Shimakaze is permanent as well, but you need more purins. Eldridge Retro is great, provided you got her retrofit item in the first place.

For now though, you use your progression fleet and try to fight some enemies as much as you'll want for clearing. Merit is good for progression after all
