Pros of Amagi:

• 3/2/3 set up with high efficiency, 5 of which are torpedo bomber Wyvern. Add 6 more planes from the barrage, AVI buff, enemy stat debuff and the 18% damage increase to enemy far away then Amagi’s crash damage output to the backline is highest among the CVs
• Torp buff along with Shimakaze, recently buffed Ibuki and Jintsuu Meta can do a number of things against enemy backliner

And now we get to the cons, a lot of them:

• 8000 HP and Medium armor means you are clapped against BB’s AP shells, especially stuff like Soyuz barrage

• EVA is 55, same as Shinano, so quite low

• Her barrage actually reveals herself from concealment lmfao

• Like other CVs, concealment can be easily broken through Alsace burn, torpedo floods or just them revealing themselves

• Slow, likely will die before she gets to do anything. Using Kaga to reduce her cd basically just waste another slot

Hiei's skill activates at 10 secs, meaning it's in time before the enemy salvo. Hiei's Meta 1st and 2nd skills all activate at 20secs, meaning it's kinda pointless aside from maybe if she survives long enough to get by 2nd Soyuz barrage/JintsuuM reload torp. That being said, Hiei needs a 10 sec barrage/fastload/invulnerability to be more useful

As for the frontline, I put Amagi Soyuz Alsace

I put Amagi CV middle so that if enemy Soyuz barrage does hit the backline, it at least won’t hit all 3 ships

Tho that did expose her to Musashi spotting among other things

Either way, the Amagi was really slow
