I thought she had arcing barrage, you know, throws pelletsto cover the screen or something, Nagato style for example. But it seems it's a a big circle AoE at the point she aimed at? Like an explosion.

I might be dumb but I fail to see how it would not be good at hurting the enemy vanguard, when her preload ends, she chooses a target and that target is instantly hit by the center of the barrage (the 1 bullet count) followed by the 6 other ticks

At the very least, the targeted enemy is guaranteed to get hit from my tests

The "bombs" don't appear to have a delay at least, so actual hit-rate might be good.

Requires testing in actual Exercises. I'm merely going by what I'm seeing on her PvE training.

If vanguard - it guarantee to hit all 3 vg ships. if luckily middle target of mainline - it deal main damage to it, and some of her ice shards deal damage to top and bottom target too, but, only by 1/2 shards. Cant see properly

Soyuz barrage takes this pattern, 6 interconnected circles

The character in the middle would take all 6 hits, as you move further away from the center the less hits you take

The target is chosen randomly, can be both frontline and backline, it is target locked and appears near instantaneously and can’t be blocked

If Soyuz hits flagship, the flagship takes all 6 instance of damage, the 2 off flags take 1 instance of damage each

If it targets off flag target, the off flag target takes 6 hits of damage, the flagship take 1 hit of damage

For frontline, it depends on number of hits taken per ship depending on speed but all 3 frontline ships will take hits

As long as 1 hit is applied, the 3 debuffs will trigger

together they help in shredding frontlines

vs caylm (full mirror nj musashi soyuz jintsuu laffey fortune)i had more trouble with mk4 then 283. the faster reload would make his soyuz potentially finish off some ships before they could shoot but matching timing would make it even. also 283 helps more vs fortune to try and kill her before jintsuu procs (not really that useful if running laffey tank though).
