They're both good, we just found that, across multiple servers, we were able to achieve 5% higher win rate using the pancake other the sea hornet. I think the reason that is the case is because of the better AA capabilities the pancake has allowing you to take less crash damage

these two guns are the fastest DD guns, with some differences
76mm is a bit faster, while 120mm sacrifices a lil bit of that RoF to get 5 more range
