anchorage is non-negotiable as a tank, you're actively griefing without having her in front
middle slot typically fills a dd torper role, shima > harbin > duca (noshi if filling shinano 3ijn role) > noshi (duca if shinano 3ijn isn't filled) > agir > yukikaze => ayanami
off-tank is always juneau or harbin

fleets with cvs typically prefer juneau

i think aldarn used agir frontline w/ seydlitz but i'm pmuch the only person to use her without a caviat since she's better than any other torper i have atm

i tested jervis some and she didn't do great as a middle slot dmg dealer nor a front slot tank

I use Agir to activate Seydlitz’s self buff. She works fine if you protect her but I wouldn’t take her over Shima or Harbin if I wasn’t using Seydlitz

Minimize point loss:

• Don’t lose fights
• Don’t overcap ( be 5/10 or below before a reset )
• Don’t beat opponents of lower points/ranks
  Maximize point gain:
• Beating opponents with higher points (check pins for the necessary point difference ; usually that opponent is left most)

That’s basically the fundamentals. How well you can minimize loss and maximize gain has other factors like your fleet, how you sandbag off of others, how you manage your refreshes, how late you move, etc

Do your exercises as late in to the reset as you can. You're more likely to get bonus points and less likely to get in to a situation where you're forced to fight a lower ranked player and losing points from that.
