Yes it should work. WK + VG is a good combo because it can reliably kill NJ before she starts firing her first volley but you have to use a dual gun for it.

I don't run meta anyways for PvP. My fleet is Lutzow, Seyd, Perseus with Drake, St. Louis (the american one), and Sandkai. If Agir performs better than Sandy in PvP, that's a win in my books

Anyone 13k/13k I can certainly beat unless it's a mafia fleet. Anything higher than that depends on their comp. I've beaten 18k/15k fleets with my current fleet although anything higher than 15k/13k requires a few resetting usually.
