i'm just player as well. but maybe try a restart again or in your mobile settings. then storage -> apps/games then click on delete storage contents so you would download everything again, its about 20gb.
do you have a vpn connection on? if you live in the usa. if so, switch it off or switch to a us location.
otherwise Check whether or not your country settings are correct google play-> profile/Account -> settings -> general -> account and device preference

Hi. Is there anyway to deactivate the preview? Right now it is on so it takes forever to load those L2D videos so my app is technically stuck so i cant get out from this view than turn off this game. Because this L2D is not loaded, i cant deactivate or press any ingame buttons.

So I'm trying to play the game since the new update and the game is taking very long to load, it's not very responsive and all around performance is awful. My laptop isn't anything fancy, ryzen 5 7520U radeon graphics and 8 gb of ram. Is that no longer enough to play the game? I should also mention that the 32bit version worked better before I recently switched to the android 11 version to fix the l2d issue. Any idea what's wrong?

you log in using the bind you used in the settings tab. on the title screen, tap on the option on the left side that matches your bind option. see the screenshot.

Hi everyone! using LDPlayer right now while playing the game. I've encountered lags and even game crashes from time to time. Dunno why. settings are now at low even. Weird thing is, back then I had no issues while settings were at high. Dunno what the problem is
sorry for the late response either wait until you are back in the usa or make an acc and top up new balance, use paypal or use a vpn and set your location to the usa but i don't know how google reacts to something like that.

if you are still on a 32 bit system this is no longer supported you would have to switch to a 64 bit system.
Is any1 else having problems with l2d skin not loading and softlocking ur game? For me it happens on only shimanto skin but none others. I turned off preview so I don't get softlocked a ton. Is there currently a way to fix the loading issue or do I just wait

Not using emulator, it's happening on my phone so the pin won't help
Unfortunately if you're using a phone that uses 32bit, then there isn't anything you can do besides getting a new phone or using an emulator. Older skins should work fine, but the new skins, and presumable new skins in the future will need a 64bit os. That's an app store issue, not AL dev choice.
it could be that your phone is already too old or too weak if your phone has something like energy saving settings you could try to turn this off or activate something like a power mode. or turn off/deactivate things in the background.
Assuming mojis issue is the same as everyone else's, no setting change will help. It's an OS issue.
I haven't kept up to date with Android phones, but an s24 should work. go into settings and do file and l2d repairs. Something else might be broken that isn't os related.

File repairs should be faster, but if those and a reinstall don't work, then check back in here. Someone else with more knowledge would need to step in to help troubleshoot at that point.

Ok. And also check if your phone has an update. According to a search online, an S24 supports 64 bit. The Samsung line phased out 32bit starting with the 24 series. So unless something is horrifically fubarred, a reinstall should work

its not about being up to date., its about being a 32 bit os instead of a 64 bit os.. if youre on 32 bit, you need to change to 64, and then reinstall.

On Android (Galaxy S23+) whenever I minimize the game or swap apps for more than a second, when I return to the game it's crazy laggy and unresponsive until I restart. Happens almost anytime I get the "lost network connection - reconnect" prompt as well.

I had a similar problem on my S10, but if I switched server by using the log out problem. Restarting the game fixed it, but the update check takes forever...

You can try changing your phone to preset ROG/ROG 8 Pro. I'm on LD9 as well and this is what I use. I'd recommend you allocate what you need depending on if you solely play Azur lane or play that to the side. Given that 8 cores is a bit overkill, I play 2 cores/4069m when I do other stuff on my PC.

that account system isnt live yet. check the box to ignore for 7 days. log in using your in game bind from the settings menu on the title screen. once there, make sure you select the correct server. it might not default to your main one. if that isnt working, then youll need to email CS to recover your account.

mumu12 has a weird quirk where it often installs in chinese if your system locale isnt specifically set to en-US
which you can work around by setting your locale to that when you install it (requires you to restart your system after changing it) and then changing it back to whatever you normally use once it is installed

Ever since the big update from about a month ago, my game loads slower now and crashes occasionally on my Pixel 8. It takes about a minute for me to get in the game whereas when I open it on my older phone, it loads in around 20 seconds. It gets stuck on checking for update for 30 seconds.

are you logging into the correct server? it might not default to your primary server. on the title screen, tap only once and in the center you can change. if your primary server is still goping to tutroial, thne you def need CS's help.
I click on twitter, and yostar to login, type in my information, and with my email through yostar, it sends me to the error code
now it lets me login using that method but still sends me to tutorial
yeah, something went wrong and your binds are conflicting. id leave it alone as to not mess with the problem further and just wait for CS to sort it out. unfortunately theyre the only ones who can help with bind issues.

id give them 2-3 business days to respond. some have gotten human replies in minutes. they can be slower on the weekend, but they have responded during those times. id say if you dont hear back by end of day monday, then send a followup email in the same email chain. hopefully ti doesnt take that long though

with the new login system in the works, it has been the cause of most recent bind issues. setting an email in the Yostar Account system instead of ignoring the message has caused issues. i dont know the details and cant clearly explain how or why it goes wrong. it just does.
Some of the Live2D skins from the summer update won't display and make the game unresponsive and I have to restart. The new one that came out this week was initially doing that, but the update this morning seems to have fixed it.

Very cool, I'm using a pixel 9 pro XL on android 16. This seems to happen in only a few select places, like the ambush screen in the video and a LOT anywhere in the build area. Tho it didn't happen when I first started the app soooo. The only fix I've found Is to put azur in split screen mode and resize it a lot

no they are actually missing from the EN server. The skins in question are Gentle Blossom's Sigh and Dusk-Simurgh's Vigil, they don't have their unique lines even if you change to Yuka Iguchi, they do have special dialogs in JP and CN servers, but they aren't present in EN, it's has been that way for years, I think it might be an oversight, no one ever reported it, probably because of lack of information about it.
Guys, I'm having trouble making an ingame purchase. It doesn't matter what I do, I can't purchase gems. I disabled my vpn, it didn't work. I uninstalled AVG (i don't know why it was even installed), it didn't work. I made sure my google play account is set to the UK (current country), still didn't work. game keeps freezing almost every time i play on LDplayer 9.1.40 (ships and projectiles not moving and i can hear sound effects but nobody takes damage) and nothing happens if i try to exit the battle, only thing that works is restarting the game. does anyone know how to fix it?
do /logmode in #bot-spam to see how to activate it. next time your game freezes like this, do logmode and post the result here. if there is an error, someone who knows how to decipher it will see whats going on.

Also check the EXTREMELY POORLY NAMED "results found" button to find your server(s)

if you are able to at least get to the title screen, on the top right corner is a gear icon. tap that and do file/asset repairs. maybe something flubbed with the files during install

On Bluestacks, the game just opens to a gray screen and gets stuck there. Newest Bluestacks, Pie64 instance, most cores and RAM I could give it, Vulcan&OpenGL rendering, interface rendering to auto, ASTC set to software, but turning it off doesn't fix anything either
I'm sorry. I've never used topup so i don't know how it works specifically. You can DM a mod for further clarification if you'd feel more comfortable that way than making incorrect selections.
A lot of players have had load in time issues since the mandatory app update a month ago. I don't think I've seen any solutions. But a little unrelated, using Pie64 will have its own problems. AL is stopping support for 32bit os. Pie64 runs as 32bit even though it's displayed as 64. So if you run into skin and game freezing issues once you're in, that's most likely the issue. There is a pinned post that explains how to address it.

Can someone help me with my account? It's bound to my yostar account, and I can confirm it's there, but whenever I log into the game it makes me go through the tutorial and sets me up as a new player. I tried completing the tutorial and logging out, then signing in, and that did not work. I also tried starting fresh from a device that has never had the game installed on it and it still forces me onto a new account. I know for 100% certain I am using the right information and server. Customer Service stopped responding to me. I've put money into this game and now my account is gone, can someone help?

I purchased two trade liscence packs at the same time, the purchase was recorded in google play store and the deduction in my e-wallet, but the gems weren't credited. I also did this when my internet connection was poor. Anyone have an idea what I should do?
My old account was tied to my email, which for example is sharktooth@videogame.com. When I logged into yostar for the first time since they created the new login system, I used sharktooth@videogame.com and it made a new account for me. I did not realize this. This account was not connected to my character. I logged into the game using that account in the hopes it would move my account over, but it did not. This created a new character under the Yostar account sharktooth@videogame.com.
I found a reddit post on the Arknights subreddit that pointed me to migrate.yo-star.com. I used it to migrate my account (which was originally made back in like 2019 with sharktooth@videogame.com), to my Yostar account under the same email. This failed due to me having accidentally creating an account earlier. So I bound it to sharktooth+azurlane@videogame.com. This bound my old character to a new Yostar account at sharktooth+azurlane@videogame.com. But when I logged into the game using that, it still had me create a new character and could not find the account.
I have some experience with databases and it dawned on me that my character probably still had an attribute that linked it to the email sharktooth@videogame.com, despite the fact I had migrated it to sharktooth+azurlane@videogame.com. I logged into the sharktooth@videogame.com Yostar account and bound it to a completely unused email, then I logged into sharktooth+azurlane@videogame.com (which now had my old account bound to it) and bound it to sharktooth@videogame.com. By switching my Yostar account to the exact email I had created the account with, the database matched the character to the account and allowed me to recover it. I am now logged in, account fully recovered!

/techsupport the Yostar Account system isnt live yet. if thats what youre trying to use to log in, it wont work. you need to use the email/social you used in your in game settings bind to log in. when you log in, make sure you select your correct server. if that doesnt work, then you need to email CS to resolve the binding conflict.

I bounded the game on my old phone to a yostar account but when i want to login, it just tells me that the account/email is already bound to another ingame account. That account system isnt live yet. you have to login using the bind you used in your ingame settings, so twitter for you in this case. from the games title screen, you can tap on your bind option on the left side to log in. see the screenshot. make sure the server you played on is selected. it might not default server. when you tap on the "change" button, youll see a "results found" button in the top corner. tap that to scan servers to see which have an active account. if your server doesnt have your account, or it sends you to the tutorial, youll have to email CS for account recovery.

At the very end, when that account popup window comes up, check the tiny square on the bottom right that says don't remind me for 7 days and close the window. That's the Yostar Account System that isn't live yet. I can't see a tap marker on that part, so I don't know what you're clicking.

If you're logging in via the binding buttons on the left side of the screen after bootup, you don't have to do that everytime. Just click until it gets you over the server selection, then the home screen

that login system isnt live yet. when you go to login, and that window pops up, on the bottom right is a check box that says ignore for 7 days. tick that and close the window. if its too late that the fail to bind has already caused a conflict with your login bind, then see my message above for emailing CS for account recovery and bind resolution.

MuMu is good out of the box. Only just encountered a problem with it, and that was after me using the private quarters for a few days.
Last I checked, BlueStacks, specifically using Android 11 or 13 instances, is mostly fine.

after you log in, you might have to tap in the center on the word "change" and switch to your server. it might not default you to your played server. if youre unsure, or the list shows up empty, tap on the phrase "results found" in the top left corner. that will scan all servers to find active accounts. if both of those keep sending you to the tutorial, then you need to email CS as i (worryingly) suggested before.

I'm having issues with my game softlocking/freezing midcombat. All ships and projectiles stop moving but still spawn in, the timer stops, and attempting to exit combat does nothing. Update, it was actually linked to a Twitter account I lost years ago. Any idea if they'll be able to do anything?
that would still be considered account recovery, as well as resolving a bind issue. they should be able to take care of it as long as you have enough info to prove account ownership. theyll be able to tell you more than i can.

Hey there, since the latest store update the game sometimes goes either full on fragmentation like in the screenshot or just black screen.
I've managed to somewhat recreate it as it occurs when the map is loading after a fight, or I switch from main menue screen (after logging in) to event map. It mostly occurs when I engage Splitscreen mode.
Currently I have a Pixel 9pro running on Android Version 15.
I haven't tried to uninstall and reinstall the game yet, as it would take a long time with my somewhat crap connection.

From what I can find there is no fix for it so avoid l2d skins I guess.

Bluestack seems to working also Arknights again too with no issues.
For whatever reason Memu didn't work at all even reinstalling game and emulator.
So fare for me it seams like LDplayer is best out side battles but Bluestacks do battle a lot better
LDplayers for about every 20-30 battle it will lock up like this and game will need restart, never seen that on bluestack.

when you open AL and get to the title screen, you log in on the left side. tap on the system you used to bind your account. when the Yostar Account System message pops, check the box on the lower right that says dont remind me for 7 days and close the window. that system isnt live yet. if its too late and touching the yostar system affected your usual bind, then you need to email CS to recover your account and fix your binds.
does having a receipt for gems order help?
if you do need to email CS, yeah. having a receipt will help prove account ownership.
also, I think it's too late, because I'm returning in a new device ( change phones) so this device didn't have any bindings
new device doesnt matter. in your ingame settings, you hopefully have an email of social media used. you use that to log in on the left side. the issue would be when your ingame setting bind and the new yostar system bind conflict when you attempt to make an account.

you ingame settings here. these are game dependent, not device dependent. if you did not have any of these set, then you need CS to help with account recovery.

no. i wouldnt do anything further just to not further complicate the bindings. CS will let you know what to do and what account info to provide.

the issue is most likely the OS. the new skins starting from when the mandatory app download happened require a 64bit OS. so if your phone or emulator is on 32bit, the skins wont work and theyll break story scenes. there is a detailed breakdown in the pins in this channel. so in a way, you would need to redownload the game, but not just mindlessly.

closing and opening the game should unfreeze it. but if you want to preview, buy, and/or use newer skins, you need to upgrade to a 64bit OS. App stores are pushing devs to move to 64bit development. nothing AL devs can do about it.

@cosmic dock sending you this feedback just so you also have the info. so, after talking to support, they told me the same thing you did. log in , click the "ignore this for 7days checkbox" and login into the game. I also got the "Yostar account binding failed", like I said here (#tech-support message), but support told me to ignore it and try to log into my old server anyway (Washington), and lo and behold, it worked. so I was actually just a step away. thank you for the help!

/techsupport in the in game settings, there is a section where you can set the password to lock and unlock girls (and equipment). im not in game so i cant SS it, sorry. if you forgot the password, you need to email CS to reset it. IIRC, they can only help you with this once every 30 days, the information ? in that menu has more info. CS email is in the following message if you need it.

this sounds like a connection issue. its been happening more to me and a lot of others since a big mandatory update a couple of months ago. try fully restarting your device. if that doesnt work, then restart your router. If youre able to, also try a different network entirely.

The event shop that was present belonged to the Bismarck zwei rerun. The shop closed 1 week after the rerun concluded, which ended up being a couple of days ago.
Want to play on a new device with my yostar bound account. Where's the option to log into that? It only gives me the option to bind a new account to email address, to which it obviously said "Email is already bound to another account"
In the browser, I can log into my Yostar account and it also shows me that my Azur Lane account is indeed bound to it.

#tech-support message The Yostar account system is the part that isn't live yet. When the box pops up, on the bottom right check the box that says ignore for 7 days and close the window.
So you're still unable to log in via Yostar account and you still need a binding via for example twitter?
Correct. Whatever bind method you have set from your in game settings is what you use. Tap on the corresponding option on the left side per the ss.
The Yostar email from settings and the Yostar account website are 2 different systems. You can use your ingame settings Yostar email to log in. But you cannot use that website.
I mean, I'm very certain that I did the Yostar account email thing in the in-game menu back when they introduced it. Shouldn't that work then?
Can you see where it's asking you to set up a new bind? Because if youre entering the correct email/social, then it should work. Entering the email should then ask you to generate a one time code sent to your email.
It is generating a code and it's sending it to my Email. When I enter that code, I get "This email is already in use" (along that line)
So I'm assuming that it already created a new guest account on my new device and is now trying to bind that to the email address that I've already used to bind my actual account, but I don't know for sure of course

So to clarify: I'm fairly certain that I did this step here back then (I also removed the twitter binding, I think that was needed).
Yes. That Yostar email still works. If you're still logged in on your other device, then you should be able to log in. And then a social media bind should get you into your account on the new device. I'd def still have CS resolve the email bind, but at least it wouldn't be account recovery as well.
Device updated and I got in. Apparently, the Yostar account binding was gone again and replaced with my old twitter binding. I have emails with verification codes that confirm that I did the Yostar binding at the time I believed I did, so somehow this rerolled I guess? Very weird.

That's because your phone's struggling to meet the processing demands for the game, especially if you've been playing it for extended periods of time
Other factors like screen brightness, background apps, and even playing while charging your phone can also contirbute to overheating

once you login using the bind, press server list, then "results found" and it should show you where your acct is

Hi I have a question regarding account deletion, I need to know whether my account is being deleted or not since today while attempting to login to my account after about a year I accidently created a account linked to my email while my old account was linked to my FB account I started the deletion process on the new account to unbind my email but now my old account says it is bound to my email but when I check the yostart account center I can indeed log in to two different account bound to seperate game data with different id's. On the yostart account center it shows that my account does not have a binded email but in game settings under account it has my email. so I'm confused on if my account is going to be deleted or not and need to know if I need to cancel this process or how to undo this mess.

/techsupport The website Yostar Account system isnt live yet. so if you did anything with that, then there might be a conflicting bind issue going on. the only deletion process is in settings, so this is just a login in override more than anything. if using your yostar email or social media login (the ones form your in game settings) does not get you into your account, then you need to email CS for account recovery as well as bind resolution.

not necessarily, but most likely with that much passed time and no bind. see the immediate message above for CS email and contact them. after the automated email, a person will ask for account info to prove its you. provide what you can. if you made any purchases and still have those receipts, send those as well.
Thank you for the reply, I kinda freaked out a little bit when I realized I might have started the deletion process on my main account I did that by going into settings and hitting delete while on a account on a different server with a different name and different uid from my main which I was able to gain access to I just needed to sign in with my FB account to get it
when I go to the yostar account website I can see my main on a different yoaccount with a different id from the one I linked my email to the only weird thing is that while in game in settings on my main account it says it is linked to my email but on the yo account website it says no email is bound
I'm like 90 percent sure my main account isn't gonna get deleted I think I just started the delete process for the one I made by accident
ah, if you went into settings>account> and scrolled down to the deletion process, then id def undue it if you can. i dont know what the time frame is once initiated before the process is final. if there is any confusion on which account is bound to what and how that ties with the website, id still contact CS. better to be safe than sorry. 90% sure is not 100% sure.

yeah if it was just an email conflict and binding issue, it be fine. but having selected the deletion process, if def check with them to make sure youre accessing the correct account and are then deleting the correct one.

I have lv 80 account, but when I tried to bind it from the first page (the login page, not the in game setting), I unknowingly created a fresh lv 1 account and bound that to my Yostar, instead of my lv 80
/techsupport @slate hatch@vague kraken you both will need to email CS. only they can help with binding issues. just to make sure, youre trying to access the correct server, right? if youre logging back in on a new device, the game may not default you to the correct server. once you log in, tap on the title screen once. in the center itll show your server and a "change" button. you can tap that to change servers. if this doesnt work/help, then CS is needed.

hey so, I'm playing on nox, when playing opsci sometimes it works fine, others it freezes. like its moving and shaking and doing moves and whatnot but its just stuck in place. but i can still access menus, the chat, etc. chats not stuck, its perfectly fine. do you guys know what could be wrong? - has been happening for a few weeks, and works at random

The emulator itself could be still on 32-bit which the game no longer supports
Also ngl i'm doing more research on Nox since I've never heard of it before and it sounds quite buggy in general, maybe consider switching to a different emulator like Bluestacks or MuMu Player

Random paranoia question, i was in the guild shop and bought the 2 x T3 Retrofit item for different ship types, (or so i think i did).
Then i tapped really quickly like i always do to buy the next items in the guild shop i want. Then i backtracked to see if i missed anything, and see that i can still buy the T3 Retrofit item.
I thought it’s probably a glitch or smth so i try buying it again and then i got it. Can’t really tell if i just butter fingered it and didn’t notice that i didn’t actually purchase the item the first time.
But now i’m wondering whether i could get banned if that actually was a glitch and i ended up double purchasing the T3 Retrofit item.

Did you notice your retrofit blueprints increase? You probably just slipped and actually didn't buy it
So far that never happened to me but even if you somehow purchased it twice without refreshing, it's probably not something to worry about since you didn't use external tools to manipulate the game and it was just a bug. They even let some things slide like Breguet being craftable with 15 prints instead of 25, HVAR prints being "bugged" and ended up being so easy to obtain during the first run of Parallel Superimposition, Tempesta minigame that was literally free and able to run indefinitely by hugging the left side, and repeating PR1 missions that even became a feature
I can’t tell if it did increase my retrofit blueprints since, well i’ve got so many of them from playing for years lol, same for the guild currency.
I see, that does put me at ease thinking back on all that. Gosh, i’m getting more paranoid about account security the more i cash

I have a question for my fellow captains. Is the game also lagging micro-likely on your phone after the last two updates? Or should I look for the problem on my phone. I'm experiencing the same problem on both WIFI and the operator. (S25 Ultra)
At first, the game runs smoothly, and the longer you play, the more the game seems to be considering what to do, how to find paths in battles, I have to press a button several times for the game to register it, and so on. I completely deleted the game and downloaded it again after the last update and checked the files to see if anything was corrupted. The problem is only with this game, the others I play don't have this problem.

I'm confused about linking my account to my email. On the Yostar account center website, my account is linked to one email. However, in the game, it's linked to another email, and I can't seem to change it.

Na U just have bad internet
if you downloaded some 90~ mbs apk from google then that's how it's gonna open
the bare minimum the game takes is 2gbs and that's when you just got it fresh from the google play
saddly there isn't any "full apk" around (probably because of technical limitations) but if you downloaded it via apk then your only option would be uninstalling it and using a vpn on a new google play account to download it from there

i bound it through yostar account but when i tried signing in, i get a fresh account with no tutorial completion
on the yo-star website it says my account is bound however lexington shows no account and boots me into the tutorial

On the left side is a button that says Storage. Gold and oil retrieved from mail goes there. If you're missing the 1200oil in there as well, then you'll need to contact CS so they can look into it.

Hi, anyone can help me with log in into the game through another device - android emulator?
I downloaded the game through google play-store on my phone, put in an email when it asked for one and everything works fine. But when I tried to log in into my account through the emulator it just doesnt work, when i "press to start" it is the usual yostar account binding crap - when i insert same email i used on my phone + the verification code it says failed to bind: yostar account has been bound with another ingame account
I even tried to bind facebook account in the ingame settings and log in through that in the emulator but it just fails and automatically goes to yostar account binding...
In the yostar account center I can see my game account and under third party account I can see my used email..
I honestly have no clue what I am supposed to do cause nothing seems to work...

I did assemble the 2 fleet but I can't progress to liverpool. I have the mission but I don't know what am i supposed to do to go to liverpool
you have to clear a zone that's adjacent to the port before you can acess it

If you have cleared all zones just enter them all and one should send you to Liverpool
i cleared all the zones in the western atlantic, none of them lets me go into liverpool. I did clear all of it again just now and try to enter europe with each tile, still don't know how to get to liverpool
You have to enter them in Explorable state; NOT secured

There was an error code before like starting with 400215 i think saying it's already binded but i think it was binded with my Facebook or Twitter
Cause when i check on Yostar connect my account isn't binded
and ofc i deleted my old Facebook account linked to it and i don't have acces to my Twitter anymore...

I get similar things on my pixel 9 from time to time
Help please. I was using LDPlayer and had that visual bug with the skins. Then I switched to Nox and it was fine for a while, but the same visual bug happened again. I've been dealing with it for some time, but I'm tired of not being able to see the skins. I also tried MSI App Player and it doesn't work either. In the video, Amagi (CV) didn’t show the bug, but sometimes before she appears, colored squares briefly show up before she displays normally. I’ve also tried reinstalling the game and repairing assets, Live2D, art assets, and redownloading assets, but nothing has worked.
Does know anyone if there is a official report of this bug? The game frozes time to time, it could be in a middle of a battle or in the main menu going through the many different menus from the game. And it bothers me so much that no matter how much I tap or change tab to a different app and come back to the game, stays frozen. Playing from a S24 Ultra, not emulator 🤷🏽
I had a software update on my phone yesterday, and now when I think about it ... The coincidence is that this problem started after the phone update 🤔 I hope can be fixed soon

My game's screen keeps glitching whenever I limit break a ship
My azurlane keeps doing restarts when I am using main menu buttons and when going to clear campaign map and going to enemy fleet. Game restarting.

iirc if my phone is set to silent mode, usually a notification from the app would make my phone vibrate before this notification fiasco
