If you can't connect, it's your Internet connection.
I have a bit of a problem contacting support, after writing to them I got an answer to send more information (which I did), but I got no response
after waiting for a day i tried again because i thought it didn't reach them
but after 2 days i got a response saying I didn't send anything
They don't always reply instantly. You most likely received an automated response and will get an actual answer in a few days.
Try not to send multiple emails as this will simply generate confusion for them. Support isn't one person but multiple people.
No answers on weekends, only business days.
The probem is I didn't get even an automated response, and the time when i din't get a response was on Wednsday and Thursday.
If you believe they are ignoring or not receiving your emails you can contact them in-game. Go to your Settings, then tap Help>Contact Us.

Restart the game.
If doesn't work, restart your device.
If still doesn't work, restart your Internet (from your modem and not from your connected device) or try using a VPN/different Wi-Fi.
Reinstall the game if none of the above works.

I've tried purchasing the Fair Winds Cruise Pass, i was charged but nothing in game happened so i thought it was a bug and i decided to try purchasing it again, i got charged again and still the pass didn't unlock so now i'm sitting with 2 charges and no Cruise Pass. I'm 97/100 into the pass if that makes any difference

Um... there's no Vietnam option in it...
As far as I remember, Vietnam has restrictions on games like Azur Lane. Sites like yo-topup and codashop can't help with this.
If you want to buy gems and can't do so via Play Store/App Store, you could try using a VPN and an account from a different country.
And pay again on the web again? Or the store because the store with VPN way doesn't work
A VPN encrypts/hides your entire real connection so it can be either web or apps.
VPN should work, but it requires that you do a few things if we want it to work correctly. You can use Google/YouTube to find tutorials (I'm not posting any here, sorry).
In the case scenario where VPN does not work, you can ask a friend from a different country to buy gems for you. Yo-topup/codashop support this. Just give them your account info (UID, server, etc) and let them buy for you. Never send passwords or sensitive data.
Guys, is it normal that only one of the daily commission slots resets at the midnight? I tried to fix it by restarting the game (and even the phone) a few times, but the other three slots are still the 8-hours commissions
Normally, all four (excluding the 10 hour, 1200 oil commissions) should be reset during the midnight on the server time, but only one was reset
It happens if you're online at that time
Strangely, logging out then login back in after the reset didn't reset the other three slots like it normally should (and I did this a few times)

Hello, I'd like some more information regarding the customer support. As WhiteFoxy has previously informed me about, it usually takes 2 - 3 days before support responds regarding your issue, but is it common that, it takes more than 4 days before getting a response?
I've sent a mail to the correct mail address 5 days ago, and have yet gotten a response from them regarding my issue.
2-3 days is an estimate. Sometimes it can take more, and some other times it can take less. ~~If you feel they won't reply, you can contact them again. It's possible that your email never got delivered for reasons like spam and whatnot.
You can contact them in-game too (Settings>Help>Contact Us)~~
Support has a queue in place and does not work on weekends.

Everytime I try to open the app this is the only screen I get. It's almost a black screen but it has a a graphic on the borders. It never loads past this point. I also noticed other people shared my issue in the bug report chat so I'm assuming this is a problem for others as well.
This error is legendary. I don't personally know what causes it or what fixes it but I just know that these solutions are worth trying.
If using emulator:
- Check that your emulator is running at 60 FPS or less. Don't enable high frame rate.
- Double check that your emulator instance isn't corrupted.
- Double check that nothing is conflicting with your emulator. Some Windows features have to be turned on for them to work correctly. Check your emulator''s FAQ for more info.
- Maybe your emulator and your PC simply don't like each other, try using a different emulator.
If using a phone or real device:
- Install the game from an official source, like Play Store or App Store. If none of these work, you can try third party ones like QooApp.
- Maybe the device is too old or can't run the game. Try using a different one.
At last but not least, see if restarting your device/Internet fixes it.
That's all I know about it. If these solutions don't help, I'm sorry but I don't know.
I'm afraid I've tried most of these before coming here. I have it through Google play and am using a revvl 6 pro. I had azur lane on a few other phones in the past that were older and less capable then this one so I'm unsure if it's a the device. I might keep trying but I don't know at this point. Thank you for the input either way.
I don't know anything about Azur Lane either. Some errors happen and simply fix themselves, and then reappear again after months even if you changed nothing. It's a very unpredictable and undiagnosable game.
This particular black screen issue, I had it happen on Bluestacks and it simply went away one day.
I also had it happen on Memu, it was because I installed the game from an APK and not the Play Store.
One day I discovered that high frame rate was causing it, but recently I enabled high frame rate and now it works normally.
One of the suspected causes for blank screens is because of corrupt files or connection issues. Corrupt files would mean you need to reinstall. As for connection issues, check that you have a strong connection and/or try restarting your modem

I need some help recovering my account. I play on my tablet, id been having issues where the game would be constantly hanging, slowing down every time it would be accessing the server like for commissions or opsi, and generally being unpleasant to play. ive tried to reinstall, and now I'm having an issue where I can't get my account recovered. another problem with that is that I can access my account just fine on my phone. I know I did a recovery account, I know which server I was on, I can even see what UID I have, but I can't get it loaded on my tablet

Check to see if you were charged for it on your appstore first. If you were and did not receive it, attach the proof of charge and send an email to support.
i was having an issues this week, both azur lane in my phone and pc (emulator) was crashing and force close whenever i try to login, the issue was first occuring at my phone, stuck at homescreen and can't login, already restart my device, checking the assets and repairing but no problem found, so i reinstall the game but the problem still occur, and in my emulator the app was only open for few seconds and force close after that, i want to reinstall again in both devices but my internet taking me forever to download entire assets

How do i rebind my yostar account?
I'm dealing with a glitch where ocassionally while summoning, the ship images turn white, and I'm unable to see them. I then have to restart the game in order to continue, but if I summoned a new ship, I'm unable to see the summoning screen. How do I fix this?

I have a top-up question, i'm using an android device (VietNam) which i cannot purchase in game, however i did use my other device which is IOS and did 1 purchase of "Handful of Gems" and it complete, but the next purchase "Chest of Gems" is unable to complete. I don't think this is IOS country restriction but what caused this?

it's kinda a bug, i figured you could remove this by going into a ships preset menu and pressing "change" or "unequip all"
The closest I can think of would be for you to adjust the UI settings in azur lane. Some people who used tablets have mentioned issues with UI

Hello! I am currently having a payment issue with my account. I made a purchase earlier today that went through on my end, and I still have not recieved my gems. After making the purchase, the game prompted me with a pending message but nothing happened. This was on an emulator, if that helps.
have you restarted your game to see if the gems came through

Anyone else having issue loading the login screen? game starts then its stocked on "Loading..." infinitely and never gets to the login screen, i tried clearing cash for the app same issue so i tried clearing the entire data then repatching, same issue now i tried on a 2nd device (both android phones), same issue, both phone are Samsung Android phones... oh my god... did they ban Canadian IP ? used a VPN to appear from another country and it loads fine now... what?

ok on my 2nd device it was still not working, so i tested an IP from Toronto... and it works...
so it might be IP specifically from Quebec
However i also noticed that if i managed to load the game with another IP i can after that return to my QC ip and the game will keep working even if i shut it down and re open...
Probably some session cookie or something like that helping? not sure but ya found a work around... Maybe their was issues and conflict because Quebec tries to enforce their mandatory French laws... anyways, so no it was not resolved by someone i seem to just have found a workaround for it, so i guess players from Quebec will now need a VPN...

the game often has connection issues and especially if your net is poor or often changes
the game did not block any connection
try restarting your phone and your internet router, this should resolve the issues

fixed it by connecting once with an IP external to Quebec
Switching from home network to mobile data fixed it for me but (redacted)
it very likely could be then if its a widespread issue, but its not something I can resolve here because then it means it is something to do with the region/isp if restarting your net doesnt fix it
i suspect it has to do with some new frensh enforment law from Quebec... they always cause trouble...
but ya strange coincidence that it would happen on 2 different devices, i usually put Azur into split switch for it not to be affected by my VPN connection so its my local IP ... also i connect to VPN from Montreal, i use it for internet security not to hide where i am from... so when i removed it from split switch and went on the Montreal VPN ip it still did not work... and i even tried rebooting my phone and everything... same issue then i was think what if they don't like Canada? so i connected my VPN to UK and the game instantly worked... my previous phone was on the Montreal VPN still and the game would still not load on that one... so my husband said... what if its just Quebec? So on my 2nd phone i connected to a VPN ip from Toronto and it worked... and as i said once it connects once... i can put the game back into the split switch and it connects fine with my IP from Quebec directly... really strange...
I then did ask my husband to see if the person on reddit that had the same issue as me was from Quebec... they seem to identify as frensh canadian, so most likely

What's weird is I can download game files perfectly fine but it just stays on loading forever when it comes time to connect. Perhaps the login server is in a region of the world that doesn't like Quebec (or opposite)

Yeah 100% ISP problem, VPN and LTE works properly and other games (HSR, GI & AK) are affected too
If I turn off the VPN while the game has connected I can't reconnect until I turn the VPN back on

- If you have an ipad/pc/other devices, try playing on it until the next update comes. (This is what i did, however in this case it will take ard 2-3 weeks until the next update)

So... I can't progress this scene. I tried this on another emulator and it worked fine, but I realised the issue is that Z46's portrait is not loading.
In fact, it doesn't even load on the store. Then I looked at the game's files and saw that the "z46_7" files, which are the ones for her skin, just don't exist somehow. I've tried to repair assets, I've tried to download art assets, and at first it seemed to do something and make me download something, but the files are still gone, and now both asset options just give me "no exception".
So turns out the Update All Assets button is not "every single asset", but the base assets, and that fixed it.

I contacted support about a package that hasn't been delivered to me on the 19th of December. However, the accommodation I am staying at has confirmed that no parcels arrived on this day nor any other days.

the only ones who can effectively resolve your issue is the people at customer support. we can't really resolve anything here on our end since its an issue regarding payment. have you tried checking your spam email? perhaps it landed in there.
I've had a look around my mails as well as junk folder and nothing. I want to avoid sending another mail in case it gets flagged as me spamming or something. What would you suggest?

If you bound it on your old phone, you just need to use how you bound the account on the login screen and it should load up

then all i can suggest is you email them again and say you've lost access to the account and are unable to login with any of your bound methods and want to switch it to a new email/twitter/FB account. if they still refuse to help you, then sadly there's not much that can be done.

that trick doesn't work all the time, you can also use a vpn or turn it off if you are already using one

The 6.5kb problem comes and goes, when it is here you can't help, then you try it later they might just gone, untill the next time.
I tried almost everything, reinstall, relogin, i was using 1.1.1.1 so i turned it off, turned it on, airplane mode etc etc and it just doesnt work anymore

If you bound your account to your Apple ID, you should have your account. Have you logged in via Apple, opening the server list, and pressing “results found” on the top right of the list? You should see a person icon that indicates you have an account on that server

was working for me with daily reinstalls but now not even those are working and daily reinstalls take me 4 hours to complete with a average .5Mb connection over wifi
current storage has me at 27.87GB out of 32GB with with almost everything installed for server account sync
Update managed to log in after cycling the update resets for 3 hours between checking my other app.s got everything I needed to set up done then tried closing out and immediately reopening the app and got the 6.5k update needed again

The 6.5KB update has been affecting me as well. Reinstallation hasn't fixed it. More often than not I can't log into the game due to the loop. Got an older model with the Moto X4. In case it's a free storage issue, I usually have between 1.3-1.8GB of free (depending if I clear cache/data on a couple other apps) storage with only L2D assets downloaded.

I seem to have found a somewhat reliable way to bypass the 6.5kb bug, simply load the game with aeroplane mode enabled and then wait until it says no connection or whatever, click continue and then disable aeroplane mode
It'll then say update compete and load the game most times, if it fails, just repeat until it works

Just try the airplane mode method multiple times, it works quite randomly, also restarting on ios is working too

I don't have all assets downloaded. Voices aren't updated and no skins except for a few ones that I use, and I fixed it by brute forcing and clearing cache (I'm on SEA if that helps, since ppl above mentioned which region they're in)

Im actually so done with this bug, im literally clearing camp and it decided to unsync then required a restart on the game, then this bug pops out

the issue was found and is set to be fixed, but it was found some days ago, there just hasnt been an announcement

create a new account in the starting menu using the binds on the left, this generally overwrites any data currently on the phone even if you do not have an active account, it acts as a brand new one

I haven't heard from support since November 9th. The last response from them asked me to "send us the relevant info for further check". I've replied to the email with various amounts of relevant information with no response. I've sent other emails afterwards with only "provide account details" and "your problem is being processed" being auto generated, then no response. I'm now no longer receiving any auto responses.

hey, so I reinstalled the game after however many years (probably 3 or 4) and i can't seem to remember my log in. i had it bound to one of my facebook or twitter accounts but they both seem to just reset back to the begining. When you log into your Facebook or Twitter, did you open the server list and press “results found” on the top right? There should be a person icon that indicates you have an account on that server. If you remember your UID, an admin can use a command that lets you see what your account is bound to.

If you have not binded your account Im not sure there is a way to recover it. Maybe tech support can recover the account provided its not a guest one

assuming you've relogged since making the transaction and it hasnt shown up yet, email customer support. their email is pinned in this channel. don't request a refund unless CS tells you to (it could be mistaken as you trying to scam free resources by issuing a refund. just safer). with proof of purchase, they can verify what went wrong and credit you your purchase if you didnt receive it.

I'm not sure if this falls under relevant tech support, it's tech related but not of the game. I bought the valentines day 2023 keycap set for Enterprise and it just came today. It doesn't fit my mechanical keyboard though. The keys are roughly the same size, but the snap on mechanism is completely different. The store page doesn't list compatibility beyond "standard (mechanical keyboard)". What keyboards do these keys actually fit?

Please let me see your switches, the "standard (mechanical keyboard)" actually refers to keyboards using generic cherry-style switches, which should be something like this(left), and I believe you stumbled upon something like this(right).

It's a MSI GK50 low profile. It was actually a Christmas gift and my first mechanical keyboard so I'm not really informed on all the different switch types.
So it looks like my keyboard must be a non-standard type then. Yes, it was the right shift key.

how long does it now take to get transactions through? my wife and i reguarly buy gems/cruise pass for azur lane and until last cruise pass it was normal that the time you hit buy you would get the gems/pass. last pass took nearly 24h with both our accounts till we got the pass after payment, we thought it might be a 1 time issue. now my wife tried to buy gems, payment on google side is done but she did not get her gems (wants to buy 1-2 skins from the event and that will end in ~11h)
im sorry for the late answer, so this might not be relevant for now. if the purchase still hasn't been received, see a prior answer i gave similar to this here #tech-support message i purchased the cruise pass right on monthly reset with no issues, and direct gems on the 7th. if it was a pack, there might be an issue there. or there could be a lot of last minute transactions taking place on the last day slowing down the system. since the payment went through on googles end, resetting your internet/airplane mode/ etc. wont be any help here. for what its worth, at least this isnt a collab. so the skins will return again in the future. hopefully this is resolved before the event ends.

the hard cap for oil is 25k and the hard cap for gold is 600k. if you have one or both of those at max, then you cant collect any rewards, missions, or do battles.

It stays the same per email. So if you have an account on avrora and on sandy, those will be different uids. But the email you log in connects to both of those accounts, if that makes sense. But the uid won't change as long as you use the same login.

no. since you didnt connect your email prior, itll be like starting a new account. CS will help set you back up. i've never had to recover my account, so i dont know specifically what they'll have you do, but follow their instructions. once you do get it back, write down or screenshot your UID for the future.

What can I do if one of my devices is giving me notifications (for completed commissions/training, etc.) a few minutes too early? It's only happening on my new phone but not on my old one.

If you think it's possible that the bind was successful, then when you log in make sure you select the correct server. If you played on one server, but it defaulted to a different one, you'd be playing from the tutorial. If the bind didn't happen, then email customer support. The email is pinned in this channel. I gave them the UID of the unbound account I lost along with details of the new one I had to make and link. Hoping they might be able to merge the two but I'm a bit hesitant to play until a response as I lost an ultra rare, gem purchase, monthly pass and 2 rares

When opening the app, i get a pop up that theres 17KB of data to download, after which, it says some files were not downloaded, and repeat. i tried reinstalling the game already

Yeah I was rank 27 the mission quest was bugged and couldn't progress past ranking up equipment but it finally resolved earlier today and I was able to receive them
Since the last update, the submarines in Operation Siren are no longer deployed automatically. Although the automatic deployment of the submarines is activated and works in the normal worlds. I have searched in Operation Siren but have not found a setting for this.

it is a week long process to confirm, verify, and claim an account for the sake of recovering it because you cant remember the email you used

Hello, I don't see this in the known-bugs channel but since the last update matches in OPS and META battles screen randomly freezes but the game keeps running, I've tried to do asset repair but it didn't find anything wrong, i dont know if this is happening to anyone else

the only way is to open log mode, press the c button on the top right, wait for a message to say "cache cleared", close and reopen the app and (basically) redownload the game
or just, reinstall, the previous one just saves you a button press, not having to sign in again

iPhone 13 gets EXTREMELY hot to a point where you can barely hold the phone and sometimes even overheats and shuts down. This ONLY happens when playing AL. All other mobile games do not cause this at all, not even while playing and having a video or stream running in picture-in-picture mode. It only happens in AL.

It sounds like your account was bound prior. If so, then when you login, make sure you're on the correct server. You can tap the "change" button as seen in the screenshot, to select the server. If all of the servers start up as a new game, then you'll need to email customer support to recover the account. The email is pinned in this channel. They'll let you know what info to provide.

Hi, I've got problem everytime I try to buy the monthly Trade license it keeps asking to verify that it's me, every single time, I give my verification, and boom it asks for it again, is there a problem? Ok so, I'm also stuck on the same screen this guy is. Everything worked great prior to update and maintenance, then now it stays stuck on load. I was on a bad signal when the update happened, but I managed to download the whole thing, yet maintenance wasn't done. However, then I managed to download the rest, and it didn't work anymore. I waited til I got to a good signal to try again, and now it's stuck.

Hello, I have an issue with this new update for the game.
So... In order to explain what is happening in a textual sense, I am trying to get the game updated, but as soon as the download screen pops up and I click the download button, the game crashes and restarts.

I know they made an update where you’re able to pick what assets you want to download as an attempt to lower the storage needed. But from what I remember being discussed, you would need to uninstall then reinstall the game to get that option. As for a way to compress AL, that is likely something the devs need to do on their side for optimization.

I'm not entiiiirely sure where my account was, either which server or what service I used for login. I have some google play receipts linked to it and stuff. Is there any way figure it out based on that and get back into it? ^^
See, that's the problem. I SWEAR it was bound through Facebook, but I'm not positive; I've tried logging in through facebook on a few different servers to see what comes up, but I just get dumped to the tutorial.

If you were offline for a long period of time, the officers can issue a vote to replace the GM. I believe it's 10 days offline minimum, then a 24 hour period for the GM to log in before they're demoted.

And no one else was online on guild but im self so that means he won the vote even tho no one voted
Sorry, I guess "vote" was the wrong choice of words. The GM is just replaced. If you were not offline for 10 consecutive days, you can email customer support. If you were offline, then you were swapped out as GM.

unfortunately, dealing with unbinding can only be done through customer support. this is their email: al.cs@yo-star.com im not sure what info they'll need to verify ownership and such, so wait for their instructions. having your original account UID and any purchase receipts will help.

since they just got off of vacation, id expect a day or two. i of course dont speak for them, and who knows what variables will affect their response time.

Um iv forgotten my password do to never having to use it. I completely can't remember what it is. 😭
you need to email customer support to get them to reset, try to make it really easy for you to remember or write it down somewhere next time

I just got randomly banned for no reason...
Do I contact customer support?
I was just doing my stage farming, then I just got banned for no reason at all
I dont know if theres a way to appeal a ban? Try contacting cs and asking why you got banned and if its possible to appeal or be unbanned in any way?
Cs email is al.cs@yo-star.com and provide the in-game name, the UID(if possible)
