Pickup doesn't mean anything other than that the project is in the season you're focusing. The rewards of the project are also unaffected by which ships you've maxed. Thus, you can tap the rewards on the project to preview what you can get from it

Can those who knows explain how Exercises work? Every day was in 1-15 place range. But today am much further. I know that you get 9 points per win if you attack too early and 11+ if later and lower in the ladder.
Outside of that, 30-40 points difference that appeared in 1 day seem too much.

Kurumi was better - however, there's a sub that lowers damage taken (10s but still) which can help with survivability because some people are dense...the big buff chance from shandi (even just crit rate is nice, but could roll evasion for main fleet girls which is ..pretty pointless).
Altho - the fox girl NPC..the half flagship (not a full flag/constant and full buffs) doesn't seem to be nation locked soo, that could be a nice big buff to other ships that don't use it, or, if you're new and wanna try meta girls...that count as their own nation, a nice little buff to them..
And a vanguard healer in yuki..and the one girl, who mimics/comes close to retrofit Ayanami..there's, a few good girls in this collab, not kurumi level obvious but, they can be useful...it's not a write off 🙂

I spent 30k a day to 15 coin up 1PR/1DR, if I wanna level ships to 120 at the same time I usualy end up coining less, or forgetting DR coin up for a day so I can pay for ship leveling. 12-4 is my go to, trying to 3-5 a day depending on oil
add research projects you have to pay for (but I adjust my spendings there), and looking at around 35k-50k coins needed a day, without gear upgrades
in my book, gear upgrades come last, or when I absolutely need them

you'll make you own priorities. I know mine are to give priority to that which takes the longest time (so shipyard), then research, where I juggle between plates and coin research, then all of the rest
ship levels breakthrough I usualy wait the longest time, provided they can clear 12-4 whilst staying level 100-105, since exp still stacks up
that is especialy visible during events, where stages tend to give much less gold than 12-4, I also adjust there and coin up DR between 5 and 10, so I can keep coining up PR 15 times, and maintain research rolling. But that's arbitrary since I'm just trading coin farming time for event points farming time

Shizuki is actually a great for farming since she has a very good health skill. If you can get Tsukushi they can basically 1:1 the escort fleets. Just stack up your boss fleet as much as possible
