Common recommendations for ships are Alabama (BB), Enterprise (CV), Kazaguma (DD, San Diego (CL), and Sirus (CL).

With the actual rythm, how many URs do you have to let go if you are completely new? I already MLB Unzen, Lafii, Lexii, Moskva (I want to make the Nakhimov team) and did bench some UR DD I got in an event earlier. An UR BB like Soyuz looks enticing for an account like mine but I'm at 0 bulins rn. I think I will wait until we know what kind of shipgirl is going to be the next UR

Soyuz rerun will be long gone by the time we get news about the next new UR

Rule of thumb is to always go for URs regardless, especially if you're new

And at bare mininum you can get enough specialized core to get 2 UR Bullins per month (5k from grinding + 3k from shop)

well you get 2.5 ur bulins a month so you can math it out there but in theory you can maybe mlb every ur + rerun

The only way you'd have to "Let go" of a UR is if you simply got unlucky and ran out of cubes

With proper pulling (only 1 light per day outside of events) and average luck, you should eventually be able to at least guarentee pity since you're guarenteed to get at mininum 168 cubes per month

Saratoga probably has better damage uptime and aoe for a lot of weaker trash but realistically Independence is going to be better in cases where it matters

MEOWFFICER QUICK GUIDE

What are Meowfficers?
They are companions that you can add up to 2 per fleet (including sub fleets). They buff your fleets with their "skills" and "talents". There are 27 different types of them.

How do I get them?
You get them by opening Cat Boxes in the Cattery. The Cattery can be found under HQ > Cat Lodge. The first Cat Box you buy everyday is free. You can buy up to 14 more per day, with each costing 1500 Gold. It is strongly recommended you do NOT binge on them!

How do I level them?
Just like ships, they gain experience when sortied. They do not cost oil, however their exp gain is dependent on the oil spent by the fleet. They max out at level 30. You can also level them by feeding other meowfficers to them, at about 30% exp loss (20% bonus if identical). Additionally they can gain levels passively through Comf-Forts.

What are talents?
Talents buff a specific ship type or faction. They get 1-3 permanent talents, depending on rarity.. Every 5 levels they gain, they get a Cat Paw which can be used to roll new talents or raise the level of some talents. You can reroll any new talents once every 24h with gold (increases with number of talents).

What are skills?
Skills are unique to each type of Meowfficer. They usually give some stat buff or some perk to the fleet. They get 1 skill initially, and they can get up to 3 skills, each obtained by feeding duplicates (1 for 2nd, 3 for 3rd). The potency of the skills is dependent on their stats which increase through levels.
Do note that the skill stat buffs are mostly inferior to talent stat buffs.
