if u havent build kurumi then only by use EXPbook lv30-40 that she's possible to build along.
Or else just continue team without kurumi, the event had like 7days left
my event score is like 20000 but the score for all Kurumi rednote 🎶 is over 4000 already, so i assume it will be easy for non-kurumi team without x2

in the end, Kurumi should have a greatspot for future progress if u dont have other better ally, she can be use on 2nd fleet

Long Island is the most replaceable, some ships you can slowly level could be someone like Essex, formidable U is just a mediocre ship. Max limitbreak as much as your ships as possible, which is full stars. For kurumi I suggest you grind out all 4k of her points so you won’t need to spend as many Bulins

Blueprints do not matter for faction points. You need to get more Iron Blood ships, MLB the ones you have or Lvl IB ships to 120 to increase faction fleet tech
