Depends, the aircraft gear you have on isn’t that great I don’t think and the ryusei is kinda iffy unless you time it and pair it with slows for fast moving bosses

Ryusei and Tenzen Kai are good enough for starting gear; double Ryusei is good enough for end-game if you have the right setup. Eventually you may be able to change the Helldiver to a Tenrai, but that's a little later. As mentioned, timing is actually more important than all-out best gear.
