Q: How do I get more fleet technology points?
You get fleet tech points by:
Collecting the ship (~20%)
Max Limit Breaking it (~45%)
Achieving level 120 (~35%)

-Higher rarity ships gives more fleet tech pts .
-Heavier ship hulls also gives more fleet tech pts: CV=BB>CA>CL>DD

Side notes:
-PR ships give more fleet tech pts than normal but follow the above formula with development 30 replacing MLB.
-META ships are considered a separate META faction. They give same bonuses as their non-META versions.
-Collab ships, Muse and little versions of ships e.g. Li'l Sandy, Clevelad and Lena etc do not give any fleet tech pts.
-Iron Blood faction ships receive double the normal tech points compared to other nations.

If you need PR XP from vanguard ships, yeah, you can use three really weak but relevant vanguards plus a max level killer backline.

But it's also fine to just pair your three relevant ships with three other ships that need XP. There are a lot of ships out there, almost nobody is done with leveling everyone.

The rockets on rocket fighters also work on the same principles as Converging, but their projectiles are faster and thus dont rely on slows/freeze as much to land their shots
